Shipping policy
All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), Monday – Friday 10am-4pm using USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 9 AM EST Monday-Friday will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 9 AM EST Monday-Thursday will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed after 9 AM EST on Friday will begin processing the following business day Monday.
All orders to be shipped will be provided with a tracking number and delivery confirmation
If a merchandise is out of stock (backordered), then you will be notified via email with three (3) options:
- Replace the backordered merchandise for merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
- Receive a refund on the backordered merchandise and process the order with the merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
- Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
